Knowing What You Need is the next most important aspect of preparing for a free voice casting. You MUST know the scope of your project, voice over needs, and be very clear on what KIND of voice over talent you’re looking to hire and voice over characteristics, age, sex, etc. The more “stage direction” you can offer the selected voice over talent, the better your overall experience and results will be on every audition, voice over casting and project.
Before Seeking a Free Voice Casting of our Hourly Voice Talent it is DIRE to have your script, or “copy” proofed, approved, edited and ready to share with any voice talent. There is no way you can consider hiring a voice over artist to record voice overs, without a proper FINAL script. Your script should be broken into short numbered paragraphs, or properly formatted to reflect the media it will be used within. Also knowing your actual word count helps us ad talent confirm your rate. Be sure your script is ready before you request a free voice casting, in a proper format and font size BEFORE seeking voice talent.
Before You Record it is important to know how long your copy is, and the time required to record and edit your content. You then should also know the genre your project falls within. You should time yourself reading your script, and consider the pace desired. Or know the number of clips, pages, etc. Once you have an idea of the time it took you to read the script, double that time. Then either request a FREE projection of the recording time, or project the time yourself. Either way, YOU save MONEY.

Use of any and/or all auditioned content, and voice overs, from our voice talent is strictly forbidden. You MUST negotiate the use of said content with from any voice talent in AI projects, and agree to an additional use fee, along with the original use of content within your project.
Furthermore, you expressly agree not to utilize any portion of the Talent’s file, recording or performance of Talent for purposes other than those specified in the initial Agreement between the parties, including but not limited to creation of synthetic or “cloned” voices or for machine learning. Specifically, you shall not utilize any recording or performance of Talent to simulate talent’s voice or likeness, or to create any synthesized or “digital double” voice or likeness of Talent.
You specifically agree not to sell or transfer ownership to all or part of any of the original files recording the performance of Talent to any third party for purposes of using the files for Artificial Intelligence, such as text to speech, or speech to speech uses, without Talent’s knowledge and consent. You agree not to enter into any agreements or contracts on behalf of Talent which utilizes all or any part of any of the original files recording the performance of Talent for purposes of using the files for Artificial Intelligence, such as text to speech, or speech to speech uses, without Talent’s knowledge and consent.
You agree to use good faith efforts to prevent any files of recordings or performances stored in digital format containing Talent’s voice or likeness from unauthorized access by third parties, and if such files are stored in “the cloud” You agree to utilize services that offer safeguards through encryption or other “up-to date” technological means from unauthorized third party access.
